  • New metrics:
    • Interactions: This metric tracks the number of times people have contacted your business through GBP, such as through reviews, messages, or clicks on the call button
    • Direction requests: This metric tracks the number of times people have requested directions to your business through GBP.
    • Website clicks: This metric tracks the number of times people have clicked on the link to your website from your GBP profile.
  • Changes to existing metrics: 
    • Searches: This metric now tracks the number of unique people who have searched for your business on Google Maps or Search.
    • Views: This metric now tracks the number of unique people who have viewed your GBP profile.
  • New reporting features:
    • Comparison reports: These reports allow you to compare your performance over time or against other businesses.
    • Breakdown reports: These reports allow you to drill down into your performance data by day, week, month, or other time period.
These changes are designed to give businesses more insights into how their GBP profiles are performing and how they can improve their online visibility.
